Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AnswerMonk at https://www.answermonk.ai, a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) audit service operated by Dreamport Technology Private Limited, an Indian company (CIN U78100RJ2025PTC104714). By using AnswerMonk you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

AnswerMonk is an AI-visibility audit platform. You submit a website URL; the service generates a set of buyer-style prompts, queries leading AI engines — including OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude and Google's Gemini — records whether your brand and your competitors appear in the answers, crawls your site and the sources those engines cite, and returns an AI-visibility report with a prioritized action plan. Optionally, you may connect read-only Google Search Console or Google Analytics 4 access so the report can take your own search data into account.

The service is operated by Dreamport Technology Private Limited. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Dreamport Technology Private Limited, and "you" refers to the person or organization using AnswerMonk.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use AnswerMonk. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate information — including a URL and any account details you actually control or are permitted to submit — and to keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Acceptable use

AnswerMonk is provided for legitimate research into your own — or your clients' — AI visibility. You agree not to:

• abuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the service, or send automated request volumes that degrade it for others;
• resell, redistribute or sublicense raw report data as your own product or dataset without our written permission (using the findings to inform your own or a client's marketing is fine);
• use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe the intellectual-property, privacy or other rights of anyone else;
• submit URLs or content you have no right to submit, or use the service to harass or harm a third party;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape or circumvent any part of the platform, its access controls or its rate limits.

4. The audit and your report

Your report is informational and provided on a best-effort basis. It reflects what specific AI engines returned for specific prompts at the time the audit ran.

5. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the inputs you provide — the URLs you submit, any connected-account data and other information you give us. You grant Dreamport Technology Private Limited a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process that content for the purpose of operating the service and generating your report, and to produce aggregated, de-identified statistics that do not identify you. This licence lasts only as long as needed to provide the service to you. How we collect, use and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party AI engines and services

To produce a report, AnswerMonk sends prompts to, and reads results from, external providers — including large-language-model engines (such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini), search-data providers and, where you enable it, Google Search Console and Google Analytics. These services are operated by third parties under their own terms and are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability, or for any changes or interruptions they make. Your use of an optional connected service is also subject to that provider's own terms.

7. Plans, payments and cancellation

AnswerMonk offers a free audit tier and a paid monitoring plan at US$19 per month. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our third-party payment processor; by subscribing you authorize that recurring charge until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change on prospective notice. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The AnswerMonk platform — including its software, report format, scoring methodology, text, design, and the AnswerMonk name and brand — is owned by Dreamport Technology Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and your own reports for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Disclaimers

The service and every report are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement — and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be accurate, complete or achieve any particular outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamport Technology Private Limited and its directors, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, leads or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the total fees you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dreamport Technology Private Limited and its team from any claims, damages, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and Dreamport Technology Private Limited agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alwar, Rajasthan, India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect new features or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown with this page, and we will flag material changes by a notice on the site or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of AnswerMonk after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
